How to set up the emulator
About video setting, you can choose the resolution that you prefer and can set the game to run in full screen or in a window, according to your personal preferences.
But you must absolutely tick the square “use fps limit” and write the value 60 in the box aside.
Don’t save nothing on the memory card or otherwise the game will always be out of sync.
When everything is set properly, from the menu of the emu press
File/Run ISO and open the file ISO of the game, which is the image of the game that you have downloaded on your hard disk.
This will open a window that will show all the servers where you can play online. Wait a few seconds till the list is complete.
Bottom right set “connection type” = good(20 keyframes/s)
Bottom left write the same nickname that you use on the site followed by (weleague.tk) so everybody can recognize you (e.g. superpippo (weleague.tk) ).
Double click on the server you want to enter.
Once in the server you can join a match created by another player or you can create a match and wait that someone join you.
Don't ask the bios, the cpka.dll and the game in the forum.

Istruzioni per settare l'emulatore
Riguardo la risoluzione video, potete mettere anche altre dimensioni e scegliere se giocare o no in full screen.
Potete anche cambiare altri dettagli della qualità video.
Quello che assolutamente dovete settare come in figura, è spuntare la casella 'use fps limit' e mettere il valore 60 nella casella a lato.
Evitate assolutamente di salvare qualunque cosa sulla memory card, o il gioco vi andrà sempre in desync.
Se avete settato tutto correttamente, dal menù dell'emulatore andate su File/RunISO e aprite il file ISO che rappresenta l'immagine su Hard Disk del gioco.
Verra visualizzata una finestra in cui cominciano ad apparire i server di gioco sui quali è possibile giocare.
Aspettate che tale lista sia completa.
In basso a destra settate 'connection type' good(20 keyframes/s)
In basso a sinistra mettere il vostro nickname uguale a quello usato per registrarvi sul sito seguito da weleague.tk tra parentesi tonde es. superpippo(weleague.tk)
Nella lista dei servers, scegliete quello a cui collegarvi con un doppio click del mouse.
Scegliete quelli in cui avete un ping più basso.
Il ping è il tempo di risposta della vostra connessione verso il server.
Più è basso più è meglio.
Una volta sul server potete joinare una partita creata da un altro utente, oppure crearne una voi e aspettare che qualcuno si unisca.
Non chiedete il bios, il file cpka.dll o il gioco nel forum, dovete avere la copia originale.

Configuration de l'emulateur
Pour les parametres video, Window mode ou Full screen peuvent etre choisis.
Il faut absolument cocher "use FPS Limit" et ecrire la valeur 60 dans la boite a cote.
Ne rien sauvegarder sur la carte memoire, ou sinon vous serez toujours desynchronises.
Une fois le parametrage termine, allez dans "File/ Run Iso" et ouvrez l'image Iso du jeu We2002 que vous avez telecharge.
Ceci ouvrira un panneau "Kalleira" ou se trouve une liste de serveurs.
Tout en bas, Ecrivez votre Type de connection et votre pseudo, suivi de [weleague.tk] .
Example : TheSly [weleague.tk]
Une fois dans un serveur, Vous pouvez soit creer une partie, soit en rejoindre une.
Vous devez poster pour demander cpka.dll, le bios SCPH1001, et le ROM du jeu, car nous ne pouvons pas les mettre en telechargment direct.

Instrucciones para configurar el emulador
Sobre la resolucion video, también podeis poner otras dimensiones y elisir si jugar o menos a toda pantalla.
Lo que absolutamente tened que regular igual que en el imagen, es marcar la casilla ‘use fps limit’ y poner el valor 60 en la casilla a lado.
Evitad totalmente de guardar cualquier cosa en la tarjeta de memoria, o el juego irà a desync (fuera de sincronìa).
Si habeis puesto todo de forma correcta, desde las opciones del emulador id a File/RunISO y abrid el archivo ISO que ripresenta la imagen del juego en el disco duro.
Aparecerà una ventana en la que podreis visualizar los server de juego en que podeis jugar.
Esperad a que dicha lista se va a completar.
Abajo, en la derecha, poned 'connection type' good(20 keyframes/s)
Siempre abajo, pero a la izquierda escribid vuestro nickname que habeis utilizado para registraros a la web y a lado de ese poned weleague.tk entre parentesis es. superpippo(weleague.tk)
En la lista de los servers, eligid al que quereis conectaros dandole un doble clic con el ratòn.
Una vez conectados a un server podeis entrar (join) en un partido creado por otro usuario. Igual podeis crear un partido vosotros mismo y estar en espera que llegue alguien.
Para tener el Bios, el archivo cpka.dll y la ISO del juego, buscad por internet, a lo mejor podeis pedir a algun usuario si os puede ayudar, ya que nosotros no podemos poner los enlaces de dichos archivos.IMAGES

This is an other installation help created by thesly, it could be useful to newbies.
INSTALLATION
1)Get the Emulator epsxe1.5.2,it does not require installation
Emulator :
http://www.epsxe.com
if you got epsxe152.zip ,unzip at first the file " epsxe152.zip " in the directory of your choice.
2) Get the Video and Cyberpad plugin, and unzip in the folder" plugins " of the emulator.
Plugins:

if you got plugins.zip , unzip simply the file " plugins.zip " in the file " plugins " of the emulator.
Bios
Also, get and place the bios, a file named " SCPH1001.bin ", in the folder " bios " of the emulator.
CyberPad
The plugin Cyberpad serves for playing on internet:
-place the named file " cpka.dll " in the file " plugins " of the emulator
If you have stability problem, you may use the one available in donload section
- place the named file " kaileraclient.dll " in the file of the emulator, that is there where is epsxe.exe
Memory Card
Get a complete epsxe000.mcr (with Clubs) and replace the original one by this one. Post in the forum to ask for the files
CONFIGURATION
To launch the emulator, double-click on " epsxe.exe ".
There, a window of assistant of configuration should open (called Wizard Guide), anyway, it is necessary to click at first on " config ".
6 élements are to be configured: the bios, the CD-ROM, the sound, the keys, the pad and Netplay.
The descriptions below follow the order of elements to configure according to " Wizard guide", but nothing prevents you from making it manually …
- Bios: please, choose the bios " scph1001 ". No configuration has to be done.

choose the plugin "Pete DX6 D3D",if you don't know what to choose. Or read more precisely the documentation if your game is too slow when you play alone.
Configuration: choose " Fps limit ", adjusted in 60 fps
the rest of Options depends of the power of your machine. You can set fullscreen mode, window mode, Color depth 16 bits or 32 bits. It should work, but minimal graphics seetings are recommanded.
- Sound: choose the plugin " no sound ". No configuration to be done
- CD-ROM: choose the plugin " ISO images Driver ". No configuration to be done
- Pads (or Gamepad): configure simply your keyboard or your pad .
- Netplay :Element to configure after Wizard guides because he does not make it. click on " config " then on " netplay ", choose then the plugin " cyberpad. No configuration to be done.
PLAY
click "File" then " Run ISO " and give the place of the game… A "kalleira" window opens, it is the window which is going to allow you to connect on Internet servers, where you can host or join a game.
It is important to test the game before wanting to play on internet!!! Please, click on " cancel " to play it off-line
Remark: the game start by an intro with a star, press on the touch corresponding to the "cross" to pass it.
The servers are numerous, some seconds are necessary so that they are all shown. One can see for every server its name, its place of implementation (very important, the more the server is near to you, the less there will be of problems of latencies and the number of connected on this server … On these servers, you can find othter games than playstation, indeed the majority of the played games arise from Neo-geo and from Arcade .

SE AVETE PROBLEMI DI OUT OF SYNC
Prima di riconfigurare in modo corretto l'epsxe (attraverso le spiegazioni riportate sopra) dovete cancellare la vecchia configurazione dal registro di windows altrimenti rimane in memoria quella e l'out of sync rimarrà.
Ecco come fare:
Start -> Esegui -> digitate "regedit" + tasto INVIO
Si aprirà il programma "Editor del registro di sistema"
Cliccate su Modifica e poi su Trova.
Digitate "epsxe" + tasto INVIO
Tutte le voci epsxe che trovate vanno cancellate.
Una volta cancellate tutte le chiavi dal registro potete far ripartire epsxe e riconfigurarlo come spiegato sopra..
